     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When I first thought about a home loan, my initial enquiries were with the big banks.  Using their online calculators to work out borrowing power and repayments was pretty disheartening to say the least.  Eventually we went through a random broker and ended up with one of the big four banks.  Quite quickly we felt that we were paying a lot to the bank for what seemed like automated processes and as for the broker, we never heard from them again.  After a while we couldn't wait to break free from the lender we were with.  Then we found Holly.  Holly came recommended from a friend at the gym who could not speak more highly of her, her team and their after-service.  Holly helped us refinance with much better terms and rates and we were able to purchase a second property.  Since then she has also helped both my sister in laws, clients and friends.  Holly owns Niche Finance, they are based locally on the Gold Coast in Bundall but can provide service all over Australia.
